Deliveries & Assembly
- We offer a home delivery service with assembly.
- Deliveries that include furniture assembly have an additional cost. This cost varies depending on the number of items in the order that require assembly.
- Delivery will be scheduled according to the availability of both our assembly team and the client. If the client cancels the delivery less than 48 hours before the agreed date, a new delivery date will be scheduled according to the availability of both parties.
- If the client is not present at the previously scheduled delivery date and location, an additional travel fee will be charged. This amount will correspond to the delivery fee charged at the time of the order.
- This service does not include deliveries that require the use of equipment such as cranes, hoists, trucks or similar machinery.
Exchanges & Returns
- Order cancellations will only be accepted up to 48 hours after payment has been made.
- We do not accept returns of customised items.
- Products and their respective packaging will only be considered suitable for return if they retain all their original characteristics, namely:
- A. they show no signs of use;
- B. they are in their original packaging and retain all original labelling;
- C. they are not damaged or deteriorated.
Warranty
- From the moment of delivery, all products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Complaints regarding furniture finishes will only be accepted up to 48 hours after delivery. After this period, any damage to the finish will be considered the result of misuse or improper use. After this period, any damage to the finish will be considered the result of misuse or improper use.

The warranty covers the repair and/or replacement of the affected parts in the event of manufacturing defects. For the warranty to be valid, it is essential to provide the purchase details, product reference, the defect and the affected part, as well as images clearly showing the damage or defect.
If the defect is not considered to be a manufacturing defect, the warranty may not apply, and additional costs may be charged for transport and product repair where the issue is not covered by this warranty.
The warranty does not cover products with damage caused by misuse, improper use or inadequate maintenance, including:
- Burns, sun damage or other marks, cuts, friction damage, creases, scratches or damage caused by animals;
- Use of or contact with chemical products, such as acids, solvents, paints, ammonia, lacquers or other hairdressing products, as well as treatment with cleaning products that are not suitable or specific to the product covered by the warranty;
- Natural variations in colour or texture resulting from normal use;
- Any indirect damage or losses of any kind.
